I love the 24 hour virtual instructors that are real people on the screen! Plus, the privacy offered with max of 3 people in the sauna at a time is much better than larger gyms/classes!

This is the first time in years that I have enjoyed working out. I joined with friends from work thinking I would try it. One time and I was addicted ! I feel good. My skin looks good. I am drinking more water because let’s face it - you sweat like a dog. But, believe it or not, your sweat doesn’t stink. Your muscles feel loose, the heat keeps you from pulling and increase your range of motion. I could go on and on.
