How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our approach to creating the perfect menu for our clients by understanding their vision. We do that by asking questions and getting to know them and their specific wants and needs prior to collaborating on menu options and proposal building.
What do you love most about your job?
The people. From our devoted staff to our unique clientele, they are who make it easy to love what we do on a daily basis!
What inspired you to start your own business?
The opportunity to introduce Virtuous Hospitality within the events and catering industry is what inspired Steve Fortunato to start his own business. He has a clear perspective of what authentic fellowship looks like - breaking down barriers, making real connections and inviting our guests to leave full in a holistic sense.
