What inspired you to start your own business?
Before Horizon House Care, I labored so hard for my employer. Within that first year, it became apparent to me that the people I worked for seemed to be more focused on getting the job completed rather than the quality of the finished product.
It was when I realized my meticulous work and attention to the fine detail was invested in the wrong place. Always taking ownership of my work and wanting to give the customers that feeling of walking into a freshly cleaned room, I knew I needed to play more of a managing role. That was I decided to create Horizon House Care.
