The office was a great environment. High turn around of employees with departments changing procedure or closing and joining other departments. I did most of the training of new highers because I was there the longest and knew more about the department then our boss, I had to train her too. More...

I have been with HOPE Program for a while now. I agree with comments by former employees. This company was disorganized, no structure, management was unsure what they were doing, operational manager isn't seasoned. You could ask one manager a question and get a certain response, then another manager you would receive a different response. You are over worked and there is more clients than employees. However, the CEO has openly spoke about the above and is looking to hire more employees that are seasoned. She is an amazing person and clearly cares for her employees. The COO is hard to reach but is fair and will be transparent with you. He always is welcoming and checks in with you. The new HR is transparent, she has brought positive change and knows her stuff. She is firm but fair with her approach, we needed her for a long time. The other Directors from Clinical perspective are amazing too, they always want to know what they can do to help us be successful in our roles. The management has clearly reprogrammed themselves, brought more specialized management and are hearing employees. Therefore, the best place to work.Pros Pto, Profit-sharingCons work-load More...

HOPE is a great place to work. Staff and management work well together and seem supportive of one another. Importantly, management is open and receptive to feedback. Work is fast-paced but exciting. There are opportunities to grow within the company as well as professionally. For example, there are opportunities to be involved in diverse projects and research/program evaluation. Frequent and ongoing training is also provided to encourage best practices are being delivered. Management has also been very responsive to creating meaningful incentives for staff, such as additional PTO, 401K matching, and educational stipends. This fosters a culture at HOPE which encourages ongoing professional development and long-term retention. Highly recommended.Pros Incentives and opportunities for professional developmentCons None More...

HOPE has been a positive career move for me. I feel appreciated and my feedback is accepted positively by the senior management team. I am a member of the leadership team where we collaborate for a more positive and professional environment; I am also the leader of the operations team who strive to provide positive experiences to our clients and clinicians. I work hard, demonstrate a strong work ethic to my teams, and support fellow co-workers. HOPE has acknowledged this from day one and has rewarded me in ways that benefit my work/personal life balance. My supervisor is receptive to my professional and personal needs and allows me to work with a high level of autonomy. The recent increase in PTO and the monthly HOPE-sponsored lunches, along with recognition for hard work, shows that HOPE values their employees. They show their appreciation in other case-by-case situations as well. I do not have any plans to leave HOPE and am looking forward to growing with the company.Pros Increased PTO, company-sponsored lunches, benefits package, autonomyCons Stressful due to the clientele More...

The feedback before is really due to the population of staff. They are not grateful with the opportunity provided by management. I have worked with the management team and understand it had rapid growth which benefited everyone greatly. Sure, the growth may have meant that management has been focused on company a lot and less on employees. However, it doesn't mean focus was taken away from employees in the process. The management team recently announced staff have been the topic of discussion over past few months and with their feedback have improved many policies and provided a new handbook. The management team has also grown and they have a person to head Operations and HR. With this alone, I have seen great things happen and the rewards with long term incentives are amazing. I see myself with the organization for a very long time and have never seen a company give so much back to employees with profit sharing, vacation, 401K match, education stipend, help to pass exam to be licensed and much more.My career has also with this company grown and I thank the management team for helping me along the way.Pros Psp, 401k, Pto, Education StipendCons Health coverage is little expensive More...

I worked here for two years and enjoyed it. Company culture is good. Individual therapeutic styles and approaches are encouraged. Great supervision. Clientele can be difficult and stressful. Lots of opportunity for assessment. Job culture is fun. An independent, go-getter, who can handle flexible, dynamic work situations would be best suited for the job.Pros Individual therapeutic styles are fostered and encouraged.
