What do you love most about your job?
It is in my nature to help others and I love that I am able to do so on a daily basis. I love seeing my clients become empowered and transformed from our work together, through growth and self-discovery.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The infamous quote 'Be the change you wish to see in the world' is what inspired me to study psychology, mental health counseling, become a licensed therapist and begin my own business.
Why should our clients choose you?
I bring all of me into my work. I am present and transparent, often reflecting personal examples that may illuminate a place where you are feeling stuck or to help you feel less isolated. Given this, if you're looking for a 'blank slate' therapist, we probably will not be a good fit. I am right there with you. You will always know you are with a real human. I'm not easily intimidated, shaken, or shocked. I've heard it. I can hold it.

Yes, I provide online services to residents in Florida. This means you get therapy services online while you sit on your own couch rather than mine! You have access to live video sessions on a HIPPA compliant secure platform. This means my services are offered statewide and for those of you who may have difficulty accessing services or may have physical limitations that make office visits a struggle... I'm here for you virtually.
