Ordered over the phone for a pick up order of 2 chicken spinach salads. The menu online isn't quite up to date....so be sure to ask questions if you have any dietary needs. However, when I discovered that what I thought I ordered....wasn't exactly that... The staff with out hesitation was willing to remake my order to my original expectation.I declined the offer... Good food and quick service! Came on a Sunday around noon. Place was super crowded, but I do love the way they have it set up. You can only order if you are able to get a table! We each got a side salad and a sandwich. Probably should have only gotten the sandwich since it was a lot of food, so they do have larger portions! Also shared a cinnamon roll. Had this at my friends wedding and it was delicious. The staff was super friendly. The pizza was fresh, hot, and the crust was thin and crispy. The crust was perfection. Considering how many people were at the wedding they were very fast an accommodating. The Diablo is so good! It's rich and just the right amount of spicy. Those portions are ginormous. I also love their bolognese. There's a lot of the thick hearty sauce to coat the handmade pasta. You can absolutely taste the difference and can tell that they've put a lot of hard work into the food. Their strawberry basil lemonade is SO good and refreshing. Wow this place is awesome!!!! We are new to the area and checking out local spots for good food. I saw that DeVivo Bros. Eatery was close to our house so hubby & I went there for lunch. Walked in the door to a cool, casual vibe where you order at the counter, take a number and they bring your food to the table. I ordered the rigatoni w Chipotle Gouda sauce. It's a smoky interpretation of mac n cheese! Absolutely delicious and a delightful, slightly spicy kick! Hubby ordered the turkey club with house made chips. The sandwich was served on fabulous bread and was perfectly toasted. Since it was my birthday lunch we got a piece of Limoncello cake, and a piece of Tres Leches cake. All our made from scratch on site! The crumb on these cakes was scrumptious and the frosting delightful! We met Ralph DeVivo as he happened to sit down for lunch next to us! Found a new favorite Italian spot close to home! You order at the counter - which kind of turned me off - but I liked the vibe as soon as we walked in. It was full and there was a guy playing a saxophone in the middle of the restaurant. The menu is so reasonably priced - i was expecting tiny portions. Portions were huge, food was delicious. I've been to DeVivo Bros several times, and it's been great every time.I met my daughter here this past week for lunch.  I usually order a salad, which is always really good, but this time I spotted a Keto-friendly menu.  I was going to stick with a salad, but I changed my mind at the last minute and decided to try the Keto-friendly pizza.  The crust was made entirely from cheese, and it was topped with chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and I think a pesto sauce.  It was really good!  Cheesy with lots of flavor!  The only problem was about halfway through, it started to turn my stomach just a bit.  That didn't stop me from almost finishing it though!  I think I'm just not used to eating quite that much cheese!  But it was super tasty!My daughter ordered the Stella sandwich.  She has ordered it before and loves it.I didn't order them this visit, but I think they have the best sweet potato fries I've ever had.  If you go to DeVivo's you HAVE to try them!  So good! Man this place is awesome!!  Great diner style food, the meatloaf, spaghetti, rueben sandwich, chicken and waffles all rock.  Tons of huge freshly made deserts too.  We have been here often for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even sunday brunch.  Great breakfast items too, and usually live music on weekend evenings.  Can be a bit busy and crowded in the evening, but has a bunch of covered outdoor tables for when the weather is nice. This is one of my go-to places to meet people for lunch. I'm a huge pasta gal and have gotten lots of things from Chicken Parm to Alfredo, and they are all great. Pick your own table, go up to the register when ready to order, and they will bring the food to you. Employees are always hovering around asking how the food is and if you want a refill. They also have a huge selection of cakes that I have never tried, but that my favorite teacher from high school (who I meet there every once in a while to catch up) swears by, so I assume they're fantastic. There is nothing bad about this place!From the house-made pasta and sauces to the creative Italian inspired sandwiches to the outrageously delicious desserts, this place has it all! The menu is a tasty mix of Italian and American classics done so well that you won't even believe they aren't homemade with Grandma's recipe! And hey, maybe it's their Grandma's recipe...They display a colorful assortment cakes, bars, and cookies will not let you leave without indulging, but they also have desserts not on display (the puddings, oh the puddings...) so don't forget to read the menu board!They also have very tasty infused lemonades. I know how to admit when I was wrong. We came back for lunch and had an amazing experience. I had the eggplant Parmesan and it was cooked perfectly and flavorful. We had the hummus for an appetizer and fell in love with the depth of flavor and the warm, rich crostini. I think my daughter would have happily made a meal off those alone. Pretty good little spot. I've been here a couple times and have tried the chipotle gouda mac n cheese and the pasta diablo. They both had a little kick and were quite tasty. Wow wow wow! The interior is cozy and cute, the desserts on the counter are enticing, and the employees were so helpful and answered all my questions about the menu and made their recommendations. I got the pasta telephono which was delicious and cheesy! A member of my party ordered the (and I don't remember its exact name) the gouda mac and cheese, and another got the pesto pasta dish. We all loved our food. My only suggestion would be that the pasta dishes come with a piece of bread for soaking up the sauce as it was so good I didn't want it to go to waste! Then I got the brookie to go and ate it later since I was so full from the pasta. The Brookie wasn't exactly what I thought it was. The sign said "contains nuts" not that the entire thing tasted like peanut butter- which was confusing because where was the peanut butter/peanuts? Excellent food, overbearing employeesI've had this restaurant saved in my bookmarks for about a year now and was just able to try it out due to uncommon circumstances. This restaurant is located on the corner of a shopping center. There is a small indoor area and a large outdoor area. The inside has a casual ambiance, and you are instructed to order at the counter. Side note: I noticed cookies the size of my head at the counter, though I didn't get a chance to try them, maybe next time.After ordering, they gave us a table number and we decided to sit outside. I ordered a Cuban sandwich and my husband ordered linguine.The Cuban sandwich:Full disclaimer that I grew up in Miami Beach, where Cuban sandwiches are so good and the bread is literally brought over from Cuba. I am extremely biased when it comes to Cuban sandwiches done far from home, and I've only ever had sandwiches from two places that I can say are near perfect, and this place is one of them! You read that right-if you're looking for a near-authentic Cuban sandwich, this is the place to go! The only thing missing was the panini pressed bread, but the flavor of the meat and bread were exquisite. The sandwich was so large that I took half of it home, and it was just as oof the next day.The linguine:Husband said this was great. The noodles were great, the chicken was juicy, and the dish wasn't oily. No complaints!I also did get sweet potato fries and a root beer float, both of which were very good.And now for the reason why I knocked this place down one star: the waiters kept checking on us over, and over, and over again. I counted eight times throughout our meal. We had only been eating for about 40 minutes, so that's nearly two every ten minutes.
