Sometimes things around the house can overwhelm you or you need a more thorough cleaning so, you hire someone to come in. I can't believe Honest Maids have been around for a while and I missed them . I live in the west side and like doing business with nearby companies. The price options were a little confusing but the manager was accommodating. The service arrived on time, I told them their priorities and they got to work. I found the work competent and the price reasonable. Honest Maids just left my home after a deep clean in preparation for my second bundle of joy coming in April. The house is spotless and smells amazing--I don't want to touch anything because it is so clean! I'm sad that I didn't discover this company sooner. Now, I gave 4 stars cause I believe that there is always room for improvement and growth. This is the first time I actually had somebody clean my house. I have been doing the cleaning myself but since having three dogs and both of me and my significant other working nightshifts, we needed a little help with keeping the house in order. We didn't really know what to expect with honest maids. Among other company I have talked and inquired into, the honest maid was the only one that I like. The price was budget friendly, the staffs are very nice and most importantly I want to give credit to whoever did my kitchen! I wish I got her name, she did an awesome job. My kitchen is spotless! I never knew my oven could look the way it looked now. Since it's just the initial visit, there were areas that got missed. I was disappointed on the master bedroom even though I told them to concentrate on that area as well. Although the master bathroom was spotless can't complain there but whoever cleaned the master bedroom got a little lazy. My vanity and walls needed wiping, my ceiling fan was not wiped and I don't know if they do the bed? But I was hoping for them to make the bed when we got home, but they didn't. You would think that if you talk about deep cleaning making the bed would be part of it? I might be mistaken. Overall work was good. Everywhere else aside from my master bedroom was clean and neat. I am a project manager for a company that manages a lot of real estate. After all construction is complete in the home I dispatch Honest Maids to clean and get the home ready for photographs. Diana has been great to work with and can usually accommodate my request for a clean within a few days and the cleaning prices are so very reasonable I have no need to look elsewhere for another company! Amazing services and really good business partnership too. We were introduced to their service from a business connection, for an Airbnb unit. We're in New Jersey and were working with a client there in Arizona for a mobile app for a startup and that's when we saw the opportunity for Airbnb properties, soon enough we gave this company a try and they have been nothing but amazing. I had the best experience with Honest Maids! We had just arrived to our new home late in the evening to find it was quite disgusting. I have a newborn and a toddler, so deep cleaning would have taken myself endless hours. Early the next morning, I went looking online for a cleaning company with immediate availability. Thankfully, Honest Maids responded to me quickly and was able to schedule a 3 hour deep clean that same morning! The two ladies who came out to clean our bathrooms and kitchen did a phenomenal job. I love this team! They've been helping out for almost 1 year and have never had a complaint! They handle our main home in Avondale and the Airbnb that we rent to visitors. They have us a good price on each, specially the Airbnb since the financials on those are different, they go and clean and prep it like a hotel staff would ready for the next guest, I love it! For the house they've always just shown up and gotten straight to work, they first introduced me to their products and their process and i got out of their way, never bother me or given me any problems! After my initial review, the owner, Diana, reached out to me and we had a candid discussion and she assured me that their services are guaranteed. They sent out a new team of 3 this time and the job was done in less than 2 hours, and the job was done correctly. All three members that came this time apologized that the last job wasn't to my satisfaction, even though they were not at fault. We live out of State/Country, therefore, we were looking for vendors who would not only do a great job, but also be terrific long-term partners for us. I can say we certainly have that with Honest Maids!! We have utilized Honest Maids for our AirBNB property in Tempe.Diana and her team are top notch. If we have an emergency, Diana is always quick to reply (actually she's quick to reply on just about any time we message her). Also our Manager is Amanda - she is absolutely fantastic! Initially, I really struggled to find a reputable company who would even travel this far south west. (It's only Avondale) But when I finally found Honest Maids, they charged a reasonable fee, and have done an amazing job every single time! Amanda in particular does an outstanding job! They communicate so clearly and so well. In fact, one week when  the office was having trouble with their text/voicemail system, Amanda texted me from her own cell to ensure that I got an accurate update, and ensured that my expectations were met. Got me in the same week I inquired as well. I'll be signing up for recurring service with Honest Maids. Had my initial deep clean today for my large house (which I admittedly neglected for some time) and came home to an extremely clean home. Love that you can customize service and it's charged by basically house size & not hours. Not sure how long it took (again, a fixed price), but they didn't just do a normal surface clean, they did all the detailed cleaning often overlooked (blinds & window sills, ceiling fans, all door knobs and light switches, etc.) Plus of course bathrooms & lurched cleaned, mopping & vacuuming, including the stairs, and they even wiped down my furniture. INcredible service! I'm so glad I decided to cancel my appointment with Molly maids and try this company out. I was a little nervous about the switch because there wasn't many reviews to go off of, but after speaking to Diana on the phone I was sold. Diana is professional, knowledgable and super sweet :) I decided to give Honest maids a try because I wasn't happy with the cleaning (or lack thereof) I was receiving from MM. There are a few things that never seemed to get any attention with MM, like the baseboards, walls, and cupboard surfaces. In contrast, Honest Maids cleaned every nook and cranny with great detail, going above and beyond and I could not be more happy! I felt bad because it's been a while since I've done a deep clean and Diana and Charisse ended up spending a good 4.5 hrs here, well over what they thought it would take, but they were extremely kind and forgiving.
