This is a very good company as I said in a previous review. David Poser and his brother Dean were excellent both professionally in sales and technically in setting up my alarm system, home theatre, and finally my home security camera system. Michael is an outstanding tech who can figure anything out. We are totally satisfied with the alarm system and home theatre. The security camera system, however, often does not work well and sometimes the app disappears from my computer. Frequently, only four of the five cameras pick up a picture. After the first year, I bought a new unit from them for several hundred dollars, but that doesn't seem to have helped much. The cameras look good, though, and were installed well. I guess I'm not impressed with the brand they carry....Hikivision...it has not worked well even after a few visits from HomeTronics. Otherwise, I'd give a 5 star review. More...

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! We had a multimedia and security systems installed last week. If you want knowledgeable professionals look no further. From the time of the initial appointment till the end of the project, I was impressed with the HomeTronic team. David brought in a talented team of three technicians that were focused and hardworking. The outcome was an incredible sound system, an automated thermostat, and very impressive security system. This project was literally a dream come true for me. I really enjoy music and quality audio when watching a movie, so I'm really enjoying the sound. The bonus was mounting our 85" television (not planned) and cleaning up our multimedia box where all the wires are contained. I cannot express how satisfied I am now that the project is completed. Don't attempt to do this yourself... you'll be pleasantly surprised how much you will enjoy a professional multimedia and alarm system (former Ring customer). More...
