One of the major reasons we chose Homestead Window Treatments was due to a recommendation by a family member & their consecutive years as #1 rated on the Best of Long Island. I can understand why!!! Mark was awesome!!! He provided great service, outlined differences in products and explained why certain products are best suited for high moist areas (aka bathrooms), was truthful on what would look good & wouldn’t. He also mentioned that if we experience any issues to call their company and they’ll assist to make sure everything is rectified. My husband and I were debating whether or not to do the entire house or focus on certain rooms but he sweetened the deal and offered competitive rates. So happy with our vendor choice. We absolutely love the timeless look of the plantation shutters and shades installed. We couldn’t believe how fast it was too. Order to install took less than 1 month!!! I just had Silhouette's installed in my living room in a bay window and in two other windows. I have to say that from beginning to end the experience with Homestead was wonderful! ! Once I told Mark what I was looking for he was able to give me several different options and walk me through what might best fit my needs. Within a few weeks the blinds were in and they were installed today. Roberto did a wonderful job with the installation and was wonderful to work with as well. Overall I could not be happier!! I just had a wonderful experience with Homestead Window Treatments. Mark made it easy from start to finish. I called up the company on a Tuesday and had my new blinds ordered by that Thursday morning. Mark was very knowledgeable and made it painless to choose blinds that accentuated our living room best. I was looking to replace a blind in a bedroom, but Mark was very honest in telling me that it didn't need to be replaced. All it needed was the cords to be repaired.
