As a mom of 3, I understand the challenges of getting your body and mind healthy and strong despite the demands of busy parent-life, as I’ve gone through the journey myself and have perfected the most optimal way to build sustainable weight loss through healthy yet simple habits.

Being a group fitness coach, I’ve helped multiple clients achieve their goals in a large studio setting. I wanted to make it more of a personal experience by scaling back to a smaller 1 on 1 format to help clients change their habits, body and mind all at once by paying attention to every detail of their everyday life.

I am extremely passionate about what I do. It is important for me to learn about my clients, their lifestyle, their daily struggles and most importantly their goals. The next step is building in simple yet effective fitness and nutrition habits that fit your specific lifestyle.

All services are online. Weekly check ins are required to keep you on track and hold you accountable. We also customize meal plans, grocery lists and snack options. Additionally, daily workout programs are tailored around your specific fitness goals and body type (we use the Trainerize app). A robust video library of exercises is available for you to watch at your convenience, while working out at home or in the gym. A helpful feature to focus on perfecting your form while limiting injuries. The whole fitness and nutrition package is designed so that you can achieve your goals both in the kitchen and at the gym!

This is a remote one on one program that our clients pursue from the comfort of their own home (or gym).
