Great local gym! Work outs are intense, but they are very encouraging and always let you go at your own pace. Clark is an amazing and caring trainer so I highly recommend him.

After 2 years of a "downward slide" I was excited about finding a program that would encourage and keep me accountable! Only 2 workouts in to my program, COVID-19 started closing schools and soon thereafter, gyms. I am SO HAPPY that my gym is offering virtual boot camps!
