This place is TRULY an amazing place to buy anything you need for an event, birthday, etc.! She doesn’t make things too sweet which is perfect for my family and I, especially since we don’t have big sweet tooth’s. Home Sweets by Alyzza is one of my best Instagram finds. She responds timely to all messages and very accommodating to requests. I ordered cake pops, a custom cake and choco flan for my mom’s birthday and every single one exceeded my expectations. All the cakes were delicious and moist with just the right amount of sweetness. I placed my daughters 1st birthday cake order with Home Sweets , the cake looked amazing & served its purpose of taking photos for decoration. . but that’s pretty much it. As we all sang happy birthday & started cutting into this cake.. it wasn’t the right flavor. Not only was it NOT the right flavor but it ALSO tasted HORRIBLE. I ordered marble cake with vanilla filling. Mind you I paid 155$! I was in shock & completely embarrassed to even try to serve a cake that didn’t taste good to ANYONE at her party! When I contacted the business owner Alyzza she offered 50% back. Which is completely not acceptable with the fact that NO ONE ate the cake & it was their mistake. We settled for 75% refund only because I didn’t want to continue to anger myself at my daughters 1st birthday. I don’t recommend at all. The fact that whoever made the cake itself , took it out the oven & seen it was the WRONG cake flavor but continued to make it ANYWAY instead of contacting me to see if could pick up at a later time or SOMETHING to be sure it came out correct is absurd. AMAZING 10/10! I wouldn’t trust anyone other than Alyzza to bake my cakes for my parties!! Not only was the cake perfect and so beautiful we didn’t even want to eat it, but the middle was so so so good! !!!! Her cakes are so moist and yummmy. so my daughter turned 21 I had already placed a order for a custom cake with someone else due to miscommunication my cake wasn't made but the same person that I placed a order with told me about Alyzza she said let me call her and explain the situation and see if she could do it for me the same day which luckily she did I I ordered a red velvet cake with cupcakes to be honest I kind of had my doubts since I had never seen her work but I took the risk I sent her a picture of what I wanted in style and since my daughter loves red velvet there was no where else I would find one last minute let me tell you she exceed my expectations I'm so happy she was able to do my cake same day and everything was very delicious THANK YOU so much for making my daughter's day very special especially in times like this I give her 5 ⭐
