What’s your signature dish?
If you asked my past customers I think they would say my Shrimp Scampi, if you asked my Husband he would say my Lasagna.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to start with a consultation to get a feel for your favorites and help design a menu that suits your tastes and budget that also fits within your theme. From there we can develop a more accurate estimate and make changes if necessary.
What do you love most about your job?
For me making people happy through food and sharing joy around the table is what I live about my job. I love watching people enjoy my cooking and make memories with family and friends.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Many years in Culinary trades culminated in entrepreneurship for me. I have learned from many other businesses best practices and also their pitfalls. I take the knowledge with me to every client.

Can do virtual consults, chat via text, email or scheduled calls or zoom/Skype if necessary to work out the menu and design. Will travel outside my area for the right clients.
Catering
I can make a variety of cuisines and food buffet displays. I like to work with my customers to develop menus that they love do each event is a bit different. I work as a food stylist by trade so the visual aspect of food is very important to me- you eat with your eyes first! Of course never sacrificing taste because everything is made with love also ❤️
Private Chef
I can cook for you for private parties whether it is a romantic dinner for 2 or a family gathering. I can make a variety of cuisines and menu items.
