Quick turnaround! Thank you so much Brandon for helping us during our time of need. There was a fire near our home which caused the fire department to break our front door for access - blessing more than a curse. Long story short, we needed the entire front door, frame, and trim replaced as soon as possible. Thankfully, we found Brandon via Yelp. I spoke to him on a Sunday (so glad he was working) and he was able to come out the following day to do the repair. We were super worried of not being able to going to work due to deadbolt not locking on the front door. Brandon was super courteous and respectful of our home. He went above and beyond with assisting us regarding picking up of materials, transporting, and dumping old door. He made the repair look super easy, but we know that it is because if his experience. We got a really good quote from Brandon to paint our kitchen but I cannot emphasize enough how much of a POOR JOB he did. He did not sand the cabinets since he mentioned he would use liquid sand and now all the coat of paint he put on the cabinets is chipping . (The cabinets were cherry wood and we wanted them white and after he painted them all the white paint is braking and showing the red under) Not only that but also he installed new handles on the cabinets and they are all crooked. He did not finish the job a 100% and said he would come back to finish and gave us a date to come back but never showed up. We have send him several texts to which he has not responded and has neglected to come back to finish a job that we paid 100% for. Found Home Repair after we had moved into our new home and several light switches didn't work. The builder also installed recessed lighting that had reverse connection tips which we couldn't find anywhere! Brandon was really responsive and not only fixed the electrical but also installed our nest door bell and replaced a can light free of charge because he finished the original job early!
