Home Park Fitness is a personal training business in downtown Evanston that caters to clients’ individual fitness needs and goals. We also provide home training and outdoor training services to the Chicagoland area.

I trained with Eric for 2 years while living in Chicago and I cannot say enough good things about my experience with him both as a trainer and as a person. As a trainer, Eric is attentive, respectful, timely, flexible, and as committed (probably more) as I am to achieving my goals. He is fun to work out with and the workouts never get stale because he is always educating himself on new workouts. He keeps things fresh and will always make adjustments if you are not seeing the results you want. You get the feeling that this is both his job and his passion and it shows in his approach. I appreciate his professionalism and the effort he puts in to ensuring that I always had both a positive and productive experience. Additionally, Eric’s easy going nature, friendliness, and positive attitude make him very easy to work with. The results over the past two years are undeniable. I consider Eric the best trainer I’ve worked with as well as a friend. I would highly recommend him to anyone! More...

Honestly, if I ever have to leave Chicago, one of my greatest concern would be that I have to switch trainer, as I know that it’s very hard to find a trainer like Eric. Prior to meeting Eric, I had tried some home work out programs, group training, as well as personal training, but none were sustainable. The reason is that my energy level and health issues fluctuate and change unpredictably. On top of all of that, I have very little will power and I am very easily bored. :-( I was so happy to find Eric since he has a special knack for customization, possibly because working with injuries is one of his specialties. On many occasions, I only reported to him a new health issue on the day of the training, and he would be able to make a very effective substitution on the spot. Moreover, after observing my reactions for a while, he could now accurately predict which exercises I would enjoy and design workouts that I would find “fun” and effective. Due to Eric’s help, for the first time in my life, I have been able to consistently work out and improve. When we started, I couldn’t do a single push up, and now we regularly do 30-40 pushups in one session. My energy level (and hence life quality) increased. Friends and family who haven’t seen me for a while all commented on how fit (and hot :-)) and more lively I look. That’s why I highly recommend Eric! More...

I help my clients by setting short-term and long-term incremental fitness goals, education, convenience, and discipline. I train my clients through several personal training studios in the Chicagoland area, and I can also meet them at their homes making it very convenient to get their workouts in.

Home Park Fitness is based in downtown Evanston, and serves most of Chicago and the North Shore. Our home personal training sessions are typically 60 minutes long as this provides enough time to get your body working to achieve your goals. Each workout is tailored to your specific goals, needs, and limitations. Our workouts are fun and produce the results you are looking for. Experience personal training in the convenience of your home, gym, or outdoors. We put our clients’ needs first and strive to go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.

Our small group training programs consist of 2-4 people at your preferred location. Small group training includes everything a 1-on-1 session does, but at a fraction of the cost.
