Romani/American comfort foods! That’s what we specialize in. We take pulled meats (brisket, pork and chicken) add some Romani spices and make excellent tacos and melts from it. Our business is one of less than a handful of places in the United States you can get real Romani Chile Mole.

Unsanitary - food preparer touching nose and mouth and then touching food with bare hands. Overpriced - three ingredients (cheese, fries and very small portion of Brisket for $17.)

every thing was awesome but the mark taco is off the hook!!! for me I tried the Cubano melt excellent new York street dog better then new Yorks hot dog was there last year holychilemole it's must try going back for more!!!

What’s your signature dish?
The Mark taco! It’s our version of Birria style tacos. We take brisket and cook it for 9-12 hours in a consommé. Then we shred it put it back in the consommé add our Chile mole sauce which is a Serbian recipe of tomato’s peppers and seasonings unlike the Spanish mole it doesn’t contain chocolate.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By listening to what the customers ask for. Most of our menu was made using customer suggestions.
What do you love most about your job?
The reactions to people eating the food for the first time. To most it’s an eye opening experience to something they have never tried before.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We always wanted to start a food related business and when the covid lockdown started it seemed like the perfect time to do something different.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our staff are vaccinated. We constantly are washing our hands and wiping surfaces with the proper disinfectant to kill covid causing germs.
