1:1 Personal Emotional Intelligence Coaching
I offer 30- or 60- minute coaching sessions where I help clients gain clarity, set goals, and improve their emotional intelligence in a variety of areas, including:
- relationship development
- communication skills and conflict resolution
- executive function practices
- parenting teens and young adults
- goal-setting and habit development
Sessions may be weekly or biweekly. For the most effective results, I recommend a minimum of 6 sessions.
