Hi! I’m Lisa. I am a holistic psychotherapist. I am passionate about supporting others in their journey by creating a warm and non-judgmental space for self-discovery and healing. I integrate an eclectic array of modalities and interventions to respond to and fit the needs of my clients. I call myself a ‘holistic psychotherapist’ because I believe that the well-being and integration of the mind, body and spirit are crucial for a deeper level of healing.
As your therapist, I will hold a space of unconditional positive regard based on my personal belief that each person has unlimited potentiality for change, healing and transformation. Just like a lotus blossoms in muddy waters, our current dissatisfactions, conflicts and pain can led us to deeper happiness and health.
My approach is humanistic, holistic and heart-centered.
