I've been going to Hector Flores for my massages for several years now, and each and every time I leave so grateful for the relief I feel afterwards. I hold an incredible amount of tension in my back, due in large part to the fact that I've been a full-time Masters student up until recently. Hector is adept at finding the perfect amount of pressure to relieve your tension while still providing a relaxing experience. Dr Ito was recommended to me by a friend and I am very grateful. I use to have horrible back pain ALL the time and would take ibuprofen daily to function. I started on my healing journey about a year ago and got stomach ulcers from all the ibuprofen which meant I had to deal with the pain in my back. It was getting to the point where I wasn't sure if I could continue my daily routine and working on my feet was killing me. Dr Ito has such a unique approach and gift of healing. I immediately felt ground after my first session and so good. It completely changed my mood. My back is on the mend and I can go about life without being in pain constantly. He also does nutritional testing which has helped me a lot as well. His office is so relaxing and staff very friendly and helpful. I've traveled to many places been too many hotels spas and healing centers but the Ventura holistic healing Center has an entire staff dedicated to making your life better with massage therapists like Hector and Nora who have been known as the best massage therapists in the industry, Hollywood insiders come to them and leave saying those were best massages I've ever had period. Also chiropractors like Dr Vanisa who will straighten you out with an adjustment. This is one hidden gem that as much as I want success for them I don't want them to get so busy that I can't get in anymore. It's my hidden escape on the West coast. Do yourself a favor and schedule a massage with Hector or Nora and you will not be disappointed. Cheers More...

I never had back problems until one morning where I found it impossible to sit or stand comfortably. Â After reading reviews on Yelp, I made an appointment at the Holistic Healing Center for a therapeutic message with Hector. Â He clearly knew what he was doing; I saw immediate results and was able to return to work the next day. I tried everything for low back pain and was referred to Lisa Wong because at the time she accepted Kaiser. Â Well I certainly wasn't disappointed! Â She is so down to earth and yet very professional! Â She is extremely knowledgeable and willing to share her wealth of information! Â I am pain free now and go in for an occasional session. Â She also helped my mom who had just suffered from a stroke! Â I would highly recommend Lisa Wong...I only hate to make such a recommendation because it will be harder to get in to see her! More...

I was desperate for relief of pain in my shoulder and triceps. Got some recommendations but no one could see me until the next day. I found the Holistic Healing Center here on Yelp. I was a little apprehensive, not wanting any new age mumbo jumbo. To my relief Hector was adept in "trigger point" massage. He even spent an extra 10 minutes or so working on my neck and face. I could not appreciate the relief until I returned to my car to drive home. His service was a little more than I expected but was well worth it. Stumbled upon the center while desperately looking for a last minute healing massage. They were very helpful and very accommodating. The office has a quiet and calming atmosphere; personable but also professional.Lettie is a wonderful massage therapist and I have seen her for several sessions. Love the atmosphere and everybody is really nice... I have had acupuncture done by Lisa Wong - AMAZING! She is so nice and professional that I felt she was truly listening to my questions and problems. ..
