I took a trip from Greensboro to Cherokee Casino on July 22nd. My parents invited me to join them and other members of the Italian-American Club for the day trip. Our host Terri Olsen not only made everyone feel welcome throughout the trip, she went above and beyond to accommodate a passenger who forgot their ID, called the rest stops and restaurants we were stopping at ahead of time so they were ready for us, negotiated extra free play at the casino, and charmed us with her personality. Just recently got back from a trip through Holiday Tours with my school, Middle Creek High School SkillsUSA. Our driver, Tim Gibbs, was AMAZING. Not only did he get us to and from our many destinations safely and with much flexibility throughout the week, but he also formed unique relationships with each and every one of our students on the trip. He even went out of his way to make a handshake with our school! Super super fun. Tim, better known as Gibby, went above and beyond to make sure his riders were more than just customers. Holiday Tours took our school group to a SkillsUSA National Conference in Louisville, KY. Tim Gibbs was our driver and he was a real pleasure. Tim helped us and made us feel as if we were members of his family. The bus was clean, large, and comfortable. Home Depot cares about NC! It's been my privilege as a Holiday Tours driver to transport approximately 50 Home Depot workers from PA, MD and VA to Wilmington to help those in need. They have given up vacations, left their families, made arrangements for pets and incurred personal expense. They are here for 8 days because they care! This is the 3rd wave of help and more to come! Holiday Tours arranged a trip for our church to Lancaster for us to visit the Amish Country and attend the Jesus play at the Sight and Sound Theater. Our hotel was terrific, seats at the play were fantastic and our motor coach operator, Terry, was fabulous! Our trip could not have been any better!! We appreciate being Terry's VIPs!!! My wife and I took our first bus tour with Holiday Tours last week.Our driver was Ryan Campbell and our Tour guide was Sandra Moore. Our trip took us through 5 states. We visited the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum in Ky. Everything was first class from the transportation to the Hilton Hotel where we stayed for 3 nights. Incredible free full breakfast each morning. We loved Ryan and Sandra. We don't know what Holiday is paying them, but they deserve a raise!! Both went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everyone was having a great time.We got back to Level Cross Sunday night at 8:00pm and arrived back home on the coast(Swansboro) about 12:30am.It was so much fun, we can hardly wait to take our next tour. Hopefully, this is the beginning of our new mode of travel for many years to come. Thank you, Holiday Tours....will be calling Lynda Wolfe for future tours down the road. More...

I have organized trips to New York for groups of 55-56 for the past 2 years through Sunway. This year, I decided to go with another company. I was so afraid that I would not get the customer care and service that I was used to. However, I decided to call Holiday Tours. I spoke with Mr. J.C. and he assured me that they would take care of us. Boy was he right. We just got back from our third trip to New York and it was the best EVER!!! Mr. JC took care of all of our needs and everything was exactly what I wanted. I CANNOT finish this review without writing about our bus driver. His name is Barron aka B.C. aka Butter Cup. This driver made us so comfortable. He was caring, fun and he made us laugh. When it was time to change drivers, the group was very sad to see him go. He took great care of us and his knowledge of the city is out of this world. He is an amazing person and Holiday Tours is very blessed to have such a wonderful and caring person. First I want to express my satisfaction with your performance. It was great working with such a professional who truly cared about our experience. Everything went perfect! Thanks so much. The Motor Coach (Terry informed us that VIPs such as ourselves do not travel on a bus ) was perfect. Very comfortable, clean, everything worked and we went everywhere in style. Mr. Terry Leake, Motor Coach Operator extraordinaire.........I have never experienced customer service like this in my life. Terry quickly became a valued and loved part of our group. He learned the names of all 37 of us in about 3 days. He spoke kindly and with genuine interest to the kids. I can now say I witnessed a true professional driver in action when he parallel parked a 55 passenger motor coach! Terry was respectful, compassionate, full of energy, caring, interesting and above all a complete gentleman. As a small business owner I wish I had a Terry or two working in my organization! So without a doubt when the occasion occurs again we need a motor coach on the east coast Holiday will be our first call (requesting Terry of course) and will not hesitate to recommend your company.
