What Does Coaching With Me Look Like?

Coaching with me will look like approximately an hour a week in which we will unearth inner blocks (such as limiting beliefs). We will then dismantle them like a ball of yarn (or a tangled necklace in my case :)

By exposing these blocks we will raise your awareness of the self. This will allow you to begin to dismantle these beliefs in and out of session so that you can start creating healthy habits and setting (And reaching!) empowering goals.

After each session, I will provide recaps of our sessions, daily and weekly 'homework' and tools which will allow you to continue your growth and healing out of session. Additionally, I am very hands-on and will be available for contact in-between sessions.

Together we will move from the problem to the SOLUTION!
