I love the program that Hiba built for me. I have lost 9.1 lbs and I have been on the program five weeks. Although I travel quite a bit for my job, I am still able to eat right and follow the exercises she provided for me.
And, have never been hungry on the program!

Honastly I didnt know what to expect and was really cautious at first but am amazed at how well Hiba puts together my meal plans and workout schedules. The workouts started simple and progressively get harder. The exercises I was not good at in the first week I am visibly getting stronger at. She does great at communicating and super quick to respond. Where I was unsure and nervous at first I now look forward to the new schedules each week! This is great for someone like me who will be able to do anything as long as I know what im suposed to do. I wasn't afraid to go to the gym I just didnt know what to do when I got there. I am a person that doesn’t like to workout and gets bored very easily. My coach Hiba’s way of training is incredible and had fast results. The meal planning was super convenient, easy and I enjoyed all the food. The workouts weren’t long but they didn’t have to be, I was sore after every one. After 1 week I saw results. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I listen to them! First things first, i get a brief overview of what their goals are and where they currently stand just to have an idea. Then the scheduled phone call is where i dig in depth about what their current lifestyle looks, what medical issues if any are going on, and what the ROOT of the problem is thats potentially holding them back from achieving their desired goal. Getting to the bottom of the issue is my biggest kicker to proper programming. I stand with my clients every step of the way to make sure they dont fail. With that comes discipline and teaching them to transform and strengthen their mentality when it comes to making permanent lifestyle changes.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Honestly, the secret is changing habits and making it a part of their new lifestyle. Its MORE than physical, its also mental.
What do you love most about your job?
I LOVE changing peoples lives to become the best version of themselves. Its a different level of a better life, confidence, and reaching your fullest potential. I love teaching people that they CAN achieve their dream and desired life
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been a trainer for 13 years, since i was 16 years old after being overweight most of my childhood. What this lifestyle did for me, i want other people to experience the same for themself because I dont want them to miss out on what they can actually have. I want to help as many people as possible which is why i switched to online coaching
Why should our clients choose you?
Im a very strong woman, mentally (and physically hahaha) But i feel that being as disciplined as I am rubs off on my clients as well which is why they get the results theyre looking for. I will not allow you to fail.
