Its starts with a Oreo PACKED Oreo gelato (with a full Oreo cookie visible on the front o the POP), and we fully-dip this one in our Signature Belgian Milk Chocolate, then top this one off with Oreo crumbles HOWEVER we do this POP in a unique way, you have to order to see how we do this one!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We offer a custom menu to EVERY client!!! You can choose from 10 gelato POP flavors, 5 dairy-free sorbet options, then we ALWAYS offer 3 types of Signature Belgian Chocolate options (our Semi-Sweet is dairy-free!), and lastly you get to choose from 10 different PREMIUM topping options.
If a client is in a rush and cant make a decision, our Executive Pastry Chef has your back! We will choose our freshest & best selling POP & topping options that can be paired to perfection!
What do you love most about your job?
We love "putting smiles on peoples faces" through and amazing product!!! From beginning to end; we product everything fresh, locally sourced (as many ingredients as we can) and with the highest quality ingredients we can find. This makes the experience of HipPOPs something that someone wil NEVER forget!
What inspired you to start your own business?
While shopping in Miami Beach, Tony Fellows bumped into a group of unsuspecting, passionate and seasoned entrepreneurs: Asi Shlomo, Shay Gru and Daniel Belger, who successfully operated businesses in Denver, Colorado.
The connection was immediate! They soon realized they all share the same core values of keen attention to details, love of frozen desserts and uncompromising hunger for customer satisfaction. They decided to bring HipPOPs to the Mile-High City in Colorado.
“We were excited to partner with someone who was as passionate as we were, not just someone looking to turn a quick profit” said Asi Shlomo. “We each bring a unique quality to our HipPOPs team. There were times that the four of us found ourselves lost in a spontaneous 4-way call at 5am to discuss a new HipPOPs idea. Despite the early hours, we were all being very loud and enthusiastic like 4 kids in an ice cream shop”. A partnership & friendship of epic proportions was conceived!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We do everything in out power to make every guest comfortable! We ALWAYS wear food-grade gloves while producing and serving, we always use a "sneeze guard" while serving from our POPup Gelato Bar, upon the customers request we will wear masks while serving as well as enforcing a 6 foot distance between guests.
