Spent the night here and the rooms were very clean. Loved the breakfast and even the dinner was pretty good. Hotel seems a bit outdated on the outside but is very nice on the inside.

Very nice hotel. Convenient area for shopping and dining. We had breakfast vouchers through Hotels.com and it is a cook to order breakfast and all you can eat. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed for our Anniversary weekend and to go to a play at Hale Centre Theater. The room had mismatched carpet around the bed. There was no extra blanket in the room. The heater did not work well. We had the thermostat pushed to 74 and it was still cold. The heater was noisy. The fridge was noisy. The bathroom had a shower with the faucet on the far wall so you had to step into the shower to reach to turn on because of the glass shower door. Very uncomfortable. The toilet was smaller than a regular household toilet. The bowl didnt clear the waste well. There was only one chair for sitting. A small sofa would have fit if not then an extra sitting chair. This hotel was clean and had great security measures after hours. The customer service was great. We were checked in by Jamal. We had an issue with the first room. When the issue was presented to Jamal, he quickly remedied the situation by giving us another room. He called 30 minutes later to make sure we were satisfied with the room. Great location and clean. They gave us an ADA Room and said that’s what they give people who book through 3rd party vendors. We asked for a different room and they did change it for a normal room.
