This was a great place to stay as an alternate to the Vegas strip. You are out of the chaos of the strip but still close enough to enjoy all the Vegas strip has to offer. It is approximately a mile and a half south of Mandalay Bay and is very easy to come and go from. We had a rental car through Enterprise and they even had a drop box on site to return the car without going through the airport return center. It was nice and quiet. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly. Only complaint we had was the amount of coffee pods they gave us everyday, we needed more, but otherwise it is a great place overall and I would definitely book this hotel again! More...

This hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable and close enough to the Las Vegas airport and auto rental return facilities. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but we opted to dine at one of the restaurants in the area (within 2 blocks). Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. One staff member saw me trying to unload our bags from the trunk of our rental car and knew that I used a cane to walk, and offered to assist in the unloading. I had a free night (that I forgot about) which expired today so booked this Garden Inn since it was close to home (in case I needed to run home for the doggo). The hotel is convenient located South Strip - a stone's throw from the outlet mall and about 5 minutes from the airport and Town Square - and about 10 minutes from the larger South Strip resorts.If you've been to a Garden Inn, this location is your standard cookie cutter Garden Inn: dining area to one side when you walk in, front desk in the back (with fresh-baked cookies), gym and outdoor pool further to the back, four stories, and cozy.The room felt a little dated but everything worked and was clean. There's a little out-of-place area in the back of the room where they put a chair and floor lamp but probably used to have a small couch and coffee table. Fridge, microwave, Keurig brewer - check, check, and check.The one thing I really like about the Garden Inns are the breakfasts. I'm a Hilton lad so make the rounds between the Hampton Inns, Home2 Suites, and Homewood Suites whenever I travel. I obviously like Hilton properties and that's why l stay there but the breakfasts are standard hotel breakfasts.The Garden Inn offers made-to-order options so it's a great change-up. Depending on your tier status, breakfast for two can be one of your options; otherwise, it sells for $13.95 at this location. Breakfast ended up being the best part of our stay.The host was a friendly youngster and our server was amazing - super, super sweet. My wife and I both ordered the omelette but she said the French toast was really good and convinced us to order it as well. While waiting for that, you can go to the buffet-style breakfast area to grab fresh fruits, breakfast meats and eggs, cereal, and breads.The omelettes were really good and I was really impressed with the presentation of the French toast. The bacon and sausage links are also real. You know what I mean when I say this, right? I didn't get the scrambled eggs but they're also probably real here as well.If you're a staycation kind of person or family and a good breakfast is a requirement, then I think this Hilton Garden Inn is right up your alley! Hotel is very clean, not far from the Strip, has a free shuttle to the airport and it will drop you off at the Town Square shopping area. The in-house dining is very good. I came to town to visit family. My mom and I spent most of our time in or around the hotel. They have a complimentary shuttle that takes you to the airport, Mandalay Bay and Towne Square. We utilized the shuttle service several times during our stay. |They have a restaurant that serves great food and accommodated my gluten free diet.|Our room, a junior suite was very nice. |The service we experienced from the hotel reception desk, to the shuttle drivers to the restaurant staff was A++++! Was highly impressed by the location and property. ||||Room was comfortable and clean with complimentary water bottles||I really liked the location of being off the strip. more less a way to be away from the hustle and craziness of the strip as well the casinos||no casinos here.||Plus when you enter the hotel, you are to your room in 2 mins, vs 30 mins at one of the resorts.||the check in was very fast. restaurant on site offers amazing food and drink. the beer was amazing||the rooms are amazing, nice and big and the bed was so comfortable||Was surprised to see how clean and knew everything looked.||amazing hot water from the shower and loved the tub.||There are good eating options all around within walking distance. such as a great Italian place and IHop. I booked my stay using HHonors.com. I was pretty sure this was a "new" property, and it was. But it/they knock it out of the park in every way! Super location - easy to get on I-15 or bypass all the Vegas Strip crap and get right where you want to go (by flanking the airport and going in the back way). I cannot express enough how amazing this hotel is and their staff of awesome people!! I personally have never stayed here or even been to Las Vegas. I live all the way in Ohio and even being miles away, the staff at this hotel personally effected my family's lives in a positive way. ||My parents are celebrating 30 years of marriage and traveling out west for two weeks. Us kids back home wanted to have something special for them waiting for when they checked in. We contacted the hotel and spoke with Andrea. What a Rockstar!! She was able to help us with gathering a card, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for them. She even upgraded their room! Us kids then decided to fully embarrass them and hire an Elvis impersonator to renew their vows! Stephanie recommended a great person for this job and took the initiative to reach out to them to check availability. We remained in contact with Stephanie and Andrea throughout this whole process. Also, let's talk about the front desk coordinator, Ryan. Holy Moly she was SO helpful, personable, relatable and such a sweet person! She worked hard on putting their surprise tray together and creating their welcome goody-bag all while coordinating with us, Elvis and the volunteer videographer! Ryan took our plans on step further and so kindly allowed us to facetime on her personal phone so the kids can see everything and be involved in such a special event. ||I cannot thank Andrea, Stephanie and Ryan enough for everything they’ve done for my parents and their children. I hope that they each are recognized for going above and beyond! I also hope that future guests are able to experience the magic that our family did by interacting with such great people. Seems to be a very well run and very well organized hotel. Professional in every aspect, you can see that in the details.||Very nice and clean rooms, including nice bathrooms . A small but inviting gym that also reflects the quality of this place. ||Both the rooms, hallways and lobby area smells clean at all times and appear inviting. ||A small laundry room where for once you meet almost new machines. ||Surprisingly good restaurant, can be recommended for both breakfast and dinner. Very nice staff, both at reception and in the restaurant.
