I contracted with Hill Country Fence in Georgetown to replace 2,900 feet of field fence with 48" goat fencing (4"x4" squares). I am very pleased with the work performed and the price was fair. Bill and his crew showed up everyday even when it was cold and raining. Bill was very easy to work with and was flexible to the changes I requested. Bill and Todd have done 3 different projects for us as well as a bunch of fences and gates for various neighbors. They are always prompt, work fast, and really sweat the details to get it right. They've given us great ideas and gone out of their way to help us make the right choices and hit the right budget. They live in the community and are the kind of local company that makes living around here so special. It's a shame more of their customers don't post their real experiences because Hill Country Fence is known here as wonderful people who deliver great service. We needed 1500 feet of cross fencing to contain our horses and had a pretty tight budget.  I contacted a number of companies, but had a hard time getting a response until I called Hill Country Fence & Power Gate Co.  Todd called me right away and I emailed the basic plan we hoped to complete.  He had several ideas on how we could get all the fencing we wanted, but stay on budget.  He came out to see the property the next day, and offered more recommendations.   We finalized the plan, and the crew arrived two days later to begin work.  Five days later, the work is complete and the fence looks wonderful - I work an hour away, and couldn't wait to get home and see each days progress!Here are the characteristics I most appreciated:Responsiveness - Todd contacted me right away, and he and his crew were able to start work very quickly, even with our freezing, wet weatherMet *my* needs - when I explained my budget, Todd found a way to stay within it, but still give me what I wantedCommunication - Todd kept me informed of the progress, and he and his crew showed up on timeBuilt a great fence!I highly recommend this company - I will post pictures later today to show off their excellent work.
