Karl is a great coach with a great heart and some really cool tools to help any business or personal life. I did a series of sessions with him a few years ago! At the time I was struggling at my job, not really knowing what was wrong, as I loved the job environment and the people where great to work with. What do you love most about your job?
Giving people the opportunity to move into the greatest version of themselves is really what drives me. I enjoy watching them become more aware about how they can improve their life and their business. Then we work on building a plan and executing that plan. After that we create accountability and metrics to define the effectiveness of our plan. This process creates so much freedom for people. The momentum we create together moves them into new places they never would have dreamed of achieving.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a serial entrepreneur. I love business. I have started, built, sold and bought many businesses over the years. I have had many high spots and low spots. This enables me to be a well rounded Business coach and consultant. People know they are going to not only get good advice but time tested principles.
Why should our clients choose you?
We all could improve at least one area in our lives. Your business may have holes in it that you cannot see. Our team has decades of experience in leading people to the next level in their lives and business. Many coaches don’t have the experience or business acumen that our team has.
