I love to empower others to adapt to change and become their best self. I do this by working with them to improving their perceptions, enhancing their energy, and encouraging their self-growth.
My own personal challenges with relationships, traumatic events and finding my way through the world of business ownership while being a single parent, has brought me strength and empathy for those going through transitions as well as facing major obstacles in their lives.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is feeling of relief I have with my clients. I enjoy participating in their personal growth and expansion. Personal interaction and emotional honesty is not always easy to witness online or in a group setting, because we often hide how we truly feel deep down. I enjoy getting to know my clients on a deeper, soul level. No client is the same, and no outcome is the same. Every session and every situation is a new experience both for myself as well as my client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I originally became a business owner around the same time I became a Mother for the first time. It just felt natural to create something while I was also supporting a young new baby. I launched my first real 'company' in 2005, a year after my first baby was born. I became a single Mom during 2008 and since then I have been a business owner, and only self-employed. I was inspired to stay self-employed so I could put my daughters first in my life and I haven't looked back since.
Why should our clients choose you?
I enjoy studying and embracing the body, mind, heart and soul connection we all have. I am very passionate about life, and you will find me probably the center of most crowds all the way to enjoying time all alone exploring nature, and be just as content doing so! I have always enjoyed traveling, adventure, nature, the arts, and healing. I enjoy reading and writing very much! It is rare that I find a topic I wouldn't like to explore further.
My methods of coaching are a combination of many forms, and I have found that there really is a method for most everyone who comes across my path or chooses to work with me. I also love words and symbols, since they are the foundation of our communication! So, I will likely be very mindful of which words you are using and how those words effect your outcome.
I am very grateful for my Bachelor of Arts degree in International Cultural Studies and Communications, and I am constantly learning! I am always exploring new ways to see situation from many angels. I have experienced a lot of life and many say that I am a 'wise soul'. I am a highly sensitive intuitive empath, who truly cares about the journey we are each embarking on. I will not project my own beliefs, values or life experience on my clients, as I realize that each one of us is on our own self journey to discover who we truly are, deep down. We each choose to experience lessons how we we need to, and because of that, I am here to guide you and assist to you see sometimes what you cannot see yourself. Depending on what we are experiencing, we can at times be 'clouded' to see what path to take, or how to uncover the answer we are seeking.
I have worked with clients from all walks of life, marital statuses, genders, career paths, etc. I have supported clients through some of their most challenging times, and have witnessed the miracles which come from personal empowerment and inner guidance.
