The mission of High Point Athletic Club is to spread our passion for running and wellness through coaching services, and hosting exciting and unique events in the Triad area and beyond.

HPAC was founded by Brandon Hudgins and Stevven Anderson on April 1st, 2019.

Being consistent. The best training program is one that you can replicate week after week. Most fitness goals don't get reached because life gets busy. HPAC is here to fit training into your lifestyle.

Helping people reach goals they never thought they could reach. They've dreamed about them, but didn't think they were actually possible. Seeing the smiles and tears after smashing a PR is exactly why we started HPAC.

Growing the High Point Running Community. If you want to go far, go together. HPAC is all about creating accountability through community. Having people to meet for a run, makes running easier. We truly believe that communities that exercise together, grow together. With a world that is increasingly fast paced and plugged in, it's great to have uninterrupted time together while on a run. Bonds are forged in miles.

We all need help reaching our goals. Having coaches that can help fit training into your life is crucial to long term success. HPAC is here to help you do that.

We offer both in-person and online coaching programs. We can help as little or as much as you need.

Services

HPAC Coaching is available online or in person. We are here to help you as much or as little as you need. Joining HPAC starts with a consultation of previous exercise history, injuries, surgeries, personal records and a goal setting session. I will then design a personalized training program to fit your lifestyle and needs to lead you to your goals!

The Basic Online ($50/month) plan you get a weekly running or strength training calendar emailed directly to you each Sunday. The Basic Unlimited ($75/month) plan gives you phone/text access to Coach Brandon for on the fly adjustments to meet the demands of your busy lifestyle.

Want to take your running to the next level? We recommend the Fulltime HPAC Member ($100/month) services that offer both running and strength training schedules emailed out to you weekly. With the HPAC Fulltime Member service you get personalized running and strength training plans to help you stay healthy, get stronger, and reach your goals. One of the benefits of being a Fulltime HPAC athlete, is my availability to you to make adjustments in your training as changes in your personal life and schedule happen. With email, text, and phone access to me, we can make on the fly adjustments to your training as life gets busy.
