Our wedding ceremony and reception were held at the same location, which made our shuttle needs somewhat unique. We wanted shuttle service from the hotel for the hour prior to the ceremony but then didn't need the service again until later towards the end of the reception. This proved to be difficult to find in most providers, but High Class Limo was one of the few who would let us split our time up without extra fees or hassle! It worked out perfectly. The shuttle ended up being different than I originally booked - It was larger, which worked out great, but I was not given a heads up that the change would be taking place. Had my party bus cancel on me last minute, so I was frantically looking for a new one. Reached out to High Class Limousine for their Party Buses for a quote and they called back within minutes. They were very helpful and called twice to confirm and finalize plans, which was very refreshing after my first party bus issue. The party bus was on time, accommodating, and the driver was very polite. Very clean and a really cool bus! We booked at the last minute and all our reception night needs were met! The limo took the guys out for an early afternoon bar-crawl then came and picked up the whole wedding party for the reception. The limo then shuttled guests from the hotel to the reception and back throughout the night before dropping us off. The driver was SO accommodating! He helped those who were struggling out of the limo, he helped with loading and unloading gifts and made sure all the kids got a chance to ride in the limo. They were great! More...

We contracted High Class Limo recently for our daughter's wedding. The trolley was exactly what we wanted. It really provided a great experience. And it had air conditioning which was absolutely needed (not all trolleys have AC, you have to ask). The driver was very engaging to the wedding party which added a lot to their experience. We also needed a transport bus for moving people between the hotel and the event. HCL gave us a package price for the two vehicles/drivers that made it affordable for us. (We checked out many other companies and nobody could could offer pricing close to HCL). All service was on time, vehicles were clean and nice, and the drivers were both great. With regard to the service, and the price...outstanding! The excursion was clean, quiet and comfortable. The best part of the experience was our driver. He provided EXCEPTIONAL service for us. He was always 2-3 minutes away, and we made 5 stops throughout the night! He was knowledgeable of the city and place to go and how to get there. I was very impressed with this limousine service. Our driver was incredibly helpful in trying to figure out places to take pictures and was able to change his route at a moment's notice. The price was an excellent value -- the best I was able to find in the area. My 10 year old baseball team was rewarded for a great season with a two hour stretch Hummer limousine ride through Metropolitan Milwaukee. When I placed the initial inquiry phone call, Willy was awesome; being both patient and supportive as I attempted to plan for the perfect date and details for this event. After deciding on the details, he was very fair when quoting a price for the two hour rate. On the date of the event, the driver, Aaron, was wonderful; arriving promptly. His demeanor was extremely friendly and professional; relating comfortably to both the children and the adults who rode in the limousine. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. High class Limo was great! Many parts of planning our wedding was stressful, but from start to finish working with willy was very comfortable. He himself was funny, really friendly, and helped us arrange a reservation despite not giving him much notice. The driver was excellent too. The night before we started getting really nervous about being late, but despite the size of the limo and the winding roads, he got us there early! After, we stopped at various places to take pictures by the art museum and by the lake michigan and even though we were late getting back to the limo and he kinda got stuck backing up traffic he never acted irritated, but was always patient and friendly. We were pretty bad clients so even if being super nice is his job, that man works real hard! Also he gave us lots of reccomendations and knew tons of local lore.
