We had a bridal shower for our daughter and soon to be son-in-law, here on Saturday, March 24th. The weather was perfect, the venue was beautiful, and Shelly, the owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She even tried to help keep me calm when I was a little frantic trying to get everything set up. :)

As a neighbor of the venue it was exciting to watch the life brought back to this historical location that sat hidden and tucked away for so many years. The photos don't do justice to this absolutely beautiful venue. You have to go there and see it in person to get a true perspective of the layout. It's the perfect place to entertain your guests for any occasion you can think of. While I was there my mind was just spinning about all the different kinds of parties I'd like to have there. It's just the right size, not so big that you lose track of your guests and yet roomy enough between the indoor and outdoor space that you won't feel crowded and are stepping over each other to get around. There's an upstairs room on one side set up for the bride and her attendants to dress and do makeup with several antique vanities throughout the room and a very large gentlemen's room across the hall that reminded me of the old days where the men would retire for cigars and whiskey (although smoking these days is prohibited I'm sure).  There's also a large separate restroom upstairs so you don't have to go downstairs. There's a beautiful old fashioned wooden bar downstairs on the right beyond the spacious entry parlor if you'd like to hire a bartender with yet another large room to the left of the parlor that's set up with tables for indoor dining. Every room is resplendent with beautiful antique furniture, fireplaces and accessories.  It felt like I had stepped back in time.  There's also a magnificent covered patio out back and to the side and a huge open patio below that for dancing after you have the wedding service. Outdoor lighting is everywhere for evening hours and beautiful gardens throughout as well if you like to take photos. It's perfect for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions or corporate functions. A hidden gem close to downtown Fort Worth and a must see to appreciate. More...

Hidden gardens is the best venue! The owner Shelly is great and so helpful. I had my wedding here in May and it was perfect! Shelly is very flexible and easy to work with. The venue has an amazing space for bride and groom to get ready on their big day and plenty of room for all your guest. My husband and I got married at Hidden Gardens in December of 2017. We both have known the King’s for a long time and they made our special day amazing for us and all who attended. We used the venue on two separate days and they were very flexible and patient with us. Because our wedding was in December, it was very cold, however, they provided heaters and had the inside warm and cozy for everyone. The outside area was my absolute favorite part of the entire thing. They have hand crafted tables that can be arrange however you chose. There are beautiful lights hung on the back patio and over the concrete slab where you can have a dance area.
The venue itself is beautiful and full of interesting history. There are rooms set up for the bride and groom to get ready. The bride’s room includes a room full of vanity’s for all of the brides and bridesmaids to do their hair and makeup.
If you’re having trouble finding the perfect place to get married, have a birthday party, or a reunion, please go meet with the King’s and check out their venue. They will work hard to make your day special! More...

We had my moms 40th birthday here and also attended my best friend’s wedding here. The Owners are so nice and made sure everything was clean and ready for our event. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and very reasonably priced. If your looking for a venue with lots of character and owners that are super accommodating this is the place!
