Fried pickles, onion rings, potatoes au gratin, chicken, filet mignon... they were all delicious. The brisket (which is normally my favorite bbq meat choice) was just ok. It wasn't gross but it wasn't great. A little too crispy in some areas & it did not have a huge smoked flavor. But the servers were nice/ friendly & over all the food was great. Great meat! All of our meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Onion rings were bomb, but very peppery. Only downfall was the salads and sides. Salad was DRY and sides were just meh. We had the au gratin potatoes, baked beans, coleslaw and fries. All just meh. But can't wait to go back!! More...

I had been hearing about this place ever since I moved to Parker and finally gave it a try and it was a-mazzzzzing!!!!! Check for coupons in the mail if you're a local, they often have great deals Sun-Wed. I picked up takeout on a weeknight - the staff were very efficient and got me my to-go meal quickly. The parking lot was packed on a Wednesday night so that told me this was gonna be good!My husband and I each got a baby back rib meal complete with well seasoned bbq beans, a nice buttery slice of bread to soak up the meat juices, cole slaw and french fries. I asked for extra bbq on the side to dip my fries in and to just get more saucy with my ribs.The ribs were phenomenal, perfectly seasoned, great dry rib, and superrrrr tender they fall right off the bone.Very affordable, great quality bbq, generous portions.
