Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
Hiring someone to keep your books in order during the year will decrease your chances of paying more at the end of the year, either due to miscalculations or last second need.
What do you love most about your job?
I love keeping things organized and ready for anything. One of my favorite things to do is finding ways for business owners to save money or reduce tax liabilities.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be my own boss and really put the clients needs first. With many of big firms, attention to the clients details and support is not always their top priority. With my own business, I am able to take the time that an individual client needs to get things done for them and on their time. I do NOT outsource bookkeeping tasks to other people in other countries.
Why should our clients choose you?
I take the time to really get to know a client and their business. I go out of my way to make sure everything is correct and on time. I pay attention to what the books' details mean for their year end reporting.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I primarily work online/remotely. I use zoom for meetings, online calendar to schedule time with my clients, and Quickbooks Online and Desktop products to be able to share data and create reports. All aspects of my services are secure and protected giving my clients a peace of mind knowing their information is safe with me.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Due to Covid-19 I have gone 100% online, with these tools I am able to offer quality bookkeeping without the risk of contracting Covid-19
Month-to-Month Bookkeeping
This service includes multiple account monthly reconciliations. After this process is finished we will provide monthly financial statements for review.
Catch up
If you already have accounting set up but you are behind on your services, this process will catch you up to current year to date reconciliations and financial statements.
Clean up
If you have accounting already but need someone to look at past transactions to rework issues such as miss categorized transactions.
Payroll
This service will provide payroll service to include, paper checks or direct deposits, statements, e-file and e-pay of state and federal payroll taxes, and HR compliance services.
