Hot damn this place is gewwddd!! I ordered the fried chicken sandwich with fries. The sandwich was bigger than my hand and so so good! The fries were super crispy and great with their special dipping sauce (which I think is mayo and ketchup and maybe some siracha?). There was a bit of a wait to get our food, but well worth the wait. Plus the place is adorable and worth going inside to look around while you wait even if you're taking your food to go. My mom got the Cuban which was also amazing. The pulled pork was especially good. Though the sandwich could have used some sauce, so she added some spicy mustard (which was supplied) and bbq sauce from home. Fantastic Burgers and sandwiches with a great variety of things to dress them up with, especially cheeses. Great choices for sides even though you have GOT TO try the fries at least once! Its above Average burgers fries shakes & some Surprising menu items but 1 major Problem that Needs Solving in this Location is Putting the Pop Dispensor Machine AWAY from the Order Line- Its Really UNFAIR to the Customers filling their Pop cups & Customers Standing in Line to Order- Worst Place that a Drink Dispenser could Be in the Restaurant too Bad

I did a yelp search for places to eat around the SLZ, and eliminated some that were overly priced or seemed a little too ritzy for a family with a kiddo. I am so glad we stopped here. They truly deserve all the awards they have received. We came during a late lunch rush, but they got us through there in NO TIME AT ALL! They have seating inside and out, and a large variety of menu options for all dietary needs.Our kiddo LOVED her burger. The fries were to die for. I ordered a single burger with cheese and bacon, and YUM! My husband ordered the taco burger and added some jalepenos. He LOVED it.Their side of the day wEre corn nugs, which I assumed were like corn fritters. Omg were they DELICIOUS! You MUST try them if they are featured.The price point was also very competitive! Delicious Burgers! I got the arch-delux and my husband got the special of the day which was a burger with mushroom & swiss on a pretzel bun (he loved it! ) The sweet potato tots are amazing! Today's specialty sandwich was the best burger I have had in 2019.Two large smash burgers, pub cheese, bacon, lettuce, beer braised onions, garlic aioli, onion rings, and wedged nicely between two soft buns slices. I had been waiting to try Hi-Pointe for quite some time, mainly because I don't live close. Knowing that it's operated by the same people that run Sugarfire, I don't know why I waited so long. The burger was absolutely delicious. Flat pressed with crispy edges, I got a double and walked away stuffed. Thick cut bacon, nice soft brioche style bun, homemade condiments, fresh veggies, all came together with two patties of fresh ground beef, to create a massive, get-in-my-belly style burger. I'm between this place and Stacked for the best burger in Stl. The fryre festival (tots, onion rings, fries) were also a hit. Next time I'll opt just for the sweet potato tots, they were my favorite. The soda fountain is Excel, a regional soda maker from IL, that uses natural cane sugar. Try The lemonade or the root beer. My daughter wanted a burger, my grandson wanted french fries, I wanted Thai.... I was in the minority. @hipointedrivein (part of the @sugarfiresmokehouse family) had been on our list for a while. The special of the day had sauerkraut so that was a solid no for us. We had double burgers and with custom toppings. The kid had chicken tenders (which were really good) and his fries.
