I had Hey Diddle Diddle cater my husband's 60th Surprise Party and it was Amazing. I was so worried about handling every little detail but soon realized that Michelle had taken care of every little item. Had Michelle do a luncheon for our church about 18 months ago. She returned every email and phone call promptly. The food was hot, fresh and very tasty. There was plenty to eat. She and her helpers were very organized the day of our luncheon and all went very well. Had many compliments from the people who attended. Highly recommend her to anyone who has a future event. We'd been using Hey Diddle Diddle & then I took a week off to use some items in freezer - we ended up going out & way over spending our budget for food obtained at restaurants (too busy to cook thing); we missed our catered meal plan! (ha ha) with Michelle too. I love the designated portions....we joke around here - "Hubby, you may enjoy an E2 with a S3" and we are both so happy to enjoy these quality meals. We used the beautiful dining room at Longhorn Cavern State Park for an afternoon Book Launch Party. The room was perfect because of the large windows and the lovely nature views. The food was delicious, especially the lemon tarts! When we arrived, everything was set and ready. The serving table looked beautiful, and the seating was arranged just as we requested.
