John and Lindsay are tanks. Professional and knowledgeable. I'm in the short term rental space, rental arbitraging. For those of you who know, time is literally money. I acquired a property that had been lived in so most of my time had been cleaning, and making cosmetic improvements to the place so I had no time to plan, design, and furnish. I was referred to Hevenle Staging along with other design companies. Now get this, they were not the most affordable of my options but they offered the most value. I was intrigued. When I spoke to their past clients, I was instantly sold. They gave me a timeline that I thought was impossible to fill. Believe me when I say, they made it work. In the space of 5 days, they furnished and put together their vision for my 5 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. I've already gotten over 10 bookings shortly after posting the apartment. I am super glad I hired them instead of trying to do this myself. There's no way I would be able to get that done. They provided all receipts, gave me advice in the real estate space, they even added some stylish paint to the place that was outside of their scope. John and Lindsay were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are kind, polite, patient, experienced, name it. I don’t know how they do it, I had the challenge of setting up and staging 4 condo units all at once and they came through in less than 4 weeks. We started the discussions late December and they were able to meet my Jan 11 deadline. The units are beautiful and each with different themes. They provide recommendations based on their experience and also listen to the customer and respect their preferences. I’m definitely not looking anywhere else when I have to set up a new property!!!
