These wonderful ladies saved my bouquette! I had ordered from a different florist and they got it all wrong... I even gave them couple days notice too. .. =\ so I stopped by herndon florist to see if they can rearrange my flowers and they listened to my needs and... voila! I got my beautiful flowers that can help make my mom's day tomorrow. Even though I was only in there for 20 minutes or so, they really listened and sympathized my frustration. Herndon Florist did an amazing job on my wedding flowers. When I first came in to pick them up, I was a little unsure (mostly because of some accent flowers I had requested that didn't look quite right). They must've sensed my unease, because they told me to stand in the mirror with my bouquet and when I voiced even the slightest concern, they offered to make adjustments for me and came back moments later with an amazing solution. In the hours after our wedding, my husband said "The vendor who did the best job was definitely the florist!" I couldn't agree more, and we had the perfect day. Neither one of us had a very clear or specific vision of what we wanted for florists, but as soon as we went to Herndon Florists, that changed. It was easy to set up an appointment with them. The store itself is so calming and pleasant--we both said we would have loved to spend the whole day in there! We met with Carol and she was incredible. We talked through colors, shapes, overall thoughts, and she quickly pulled together a sample bouquet that we got to keep. She walked us through all aspects of the wedding and had the perfect balance of respecting our thoughts and adding in her opinion. We knew we could trust her experience and knowledge.

After that initial appointment, my communication was all with the owner, Anne. She was quick to respond and very flexible with our ideas. It was the easiest part of wedding planning! I received several compliments from guests who said they'd never seen anything like the arrangements at my wedding. Their wedding work is unique and exquisite. Beyond the final product being amazing, the ladies at the shop were responsive and professional throughout the whole wedding planning process. Herndon Florist provided such beautiful flowers for my wedding ceremony and reception. I was so impressed with Anne's work. I said the colors I had envisioned for the wedding, and she put it together beautifully! We met twice before the wedding, and the second time we met, I wanted to change a lot of things, and she was so flexible with it. She even said at our first meeting, "You can change everything, including the groom up until the week of the wedding!" I even called her two weeks before stressing about the amount we were paying, and she lowered the cost and made sure it was in my budget :)

I looove small florists rather than going to the typical 1800flowers and such. My birthday was earlier this month (January) and I received a delivery from this florist sent by someone. I am not a big fan of balloons but they stayed inflated for 2+ weeks. I still have them up in my office right now! The flowers were beautiful. I got 1 1/2 dozen of red roses.  They were all opened and it smelled wonderful! Only reason as to why i didn't give it 5 stars is because it was a surprise from who it was from and he did not leave me a message because he was going to tell me later on. Instead of not including a card, they wrote 'no card message' on a blank card. I would have figured that they wouldn't even include a card.All in all, beautiful flowers and balloons and I would use them in the future! More...
