my family and I hired herica services, we are super happy with her work, she cleaned and organized my things, she did a great job in my house, I ended up hiring herica for cleaning every two weeks, she works for almost 3 years in my house , extremely responsible and trustworthy my family and I are no longer without their services.

Awful attitude! Bleach all my colored sheets and blamed it on other people. Does not speak English and does not understand when someone just asks you not to do something next time! Never met such a rude house keeper before! I asked her not to bleach the sheets and she did you going to blame me for stealing! Made no sense what so ever! More...

I understand that you is upset because I don't want to clean Mr Maik's house anymore. I know how difficult it is to build someone trustworthy and do a good job, but I have my reasons. And the question of me not speaking perfect English, I'm sorry. but I believe that on the day I went to your house to estimate both you and Mr. Maik understood everything that I was going to do for the day and the amount, which I did not know that you had not shown me the whole house. thank you for the trust . But I was not wrong about you (when I said that I would no longer work for your Maik because you would cause us big problems). so unnecessary gomentario. remember it wasn’t boce that sent us clueless we were the ones that didn’t want to work for you anymore. thanks

Erica and the ladies she works with came to tackle my rental house after a few years of not having a housekeeper. They are amazing! Very thorough and able to prioritize without much direction. Cleaned the house, bathrooms, kitchen, organized random things around the house, stacked papers and put away all things that didn’t belong in appropriate places.

Herica (the H is silent) was such a pleasure to work with. She's respectful, responds to messages promptly, and has a high level of professionalism. She was prompt in providing an estimate. Regarding her services, she demonstrated great attention to detail and went above and beyond the agreed-upon work. I've hired other cleaning services before and not everyone is diligent enough to ensure they dust and clean the hard to reach places. Well, Herica made sure to carefully clean under the beds and wipe the dirt off my baseboards. She also managed to clean the hard to reach areas of the inside of my fridge. Even though she was working so hard, she kept her facemask on the entire time. My husband and I also made sure to wear our masks around her for everyone's safety and protection.
