Not the experience that I was hoping for and it seemed promising at the beginning.
We purchased Office furniture from a private seller.
They arrived on time, but in a rush the hutch on the computer desk was not strapped down, dropping it on another piece of furniture that was the sellers, that knocked into the wall. This damaged the wall by scraping and a small hole in the wall. They quickly wrapped the hutch and were not going to say anything about the damage, but were called out and ended up fessing up to the damage. At this point they were not talking to the owner of the place to rectify the damage. This was really unprofessional and now considered untrustworthy movers.
When they arrived to our home, they unloaded with no issues, but as they were leaving I noticed the damage on the hutch. The person said no it didn't happen and lied to me as I have pictures before they arrived, which I don't think he thought I had.
If you care about your property and possessions stay away from hiring them.
See before and after pictures of the hutch, pretty obvious what happened when they dropped it, what's worse is they were not going to say anything and act like it was not their problem.

I was issued a quote and a time frame for delivery of my items two weeks before my move date. I agreed and put down a deposit. About 4 days before my delivery I asked to add some furniture items which they said “fine” and raised the price and I agreed. Two days before my delivery they contacted me and asked to change the time frame. Said the truck they needed wasn’t available. I couldn’t change the timeframe due to other appts I had. Woman in the office needs a class in customer service as her attitude is awful. Went back and forth but I finally adjusted my other appts. Then the day before my move they contacted me and said the original time would work for them. Adjusted my schedule again to accommodate. Then told them I had made other arrangements for my additional furniture and requested my charge go back to original. Was told it was “too last minute” and wouldn’t be adjusted. I could adjust my entire move day for them but they couldn’t make a change in the office? Obviously the customers schedule means nothing to this company. The two movers they sent were very nice. Our family has been trained as professional movers, assemblers, and installation technicians for several generations.
