We are very impressed with the services provided by HelpHouseCleaning! It was an ongoing process from the beginning. I scheduled a cleaning through their website and they asked if we had any special needs. The cleaning crew showed up on the appointed day and did an AMAZING job! I love being able to add extra services like oven and fridge cleaning. We were really impressed and our house turned out beautiful! Would recommend! The booking process is automatic and online, which is very convenient. Maria and Noelia arrived on time, were professional and did a wonderful job. I usually keep our place clean because I am OCD, but I hired a cleaning service because we had been in the apartment for over 1.5 years and needed professional cleaning. Overall, I had a great experience with Help House Cleaning! I found this company on a AD from Instagram. I’ve booked a couple of other companies and it just wasn’t a good experience. Maria customer service skills is great! I received a text letting me know with the Technicians was en route to my home, a text when the job was complete, and a text to pay my invoice. My husband and I were looking for a deep cleaning service for our home and found Help House Cleaning online. After checking with current customers who all said very positive things we decided to give them a go. Through a convenient text stating who from the company was arriving and what time, two employees arrived right on time and got right to work on our home. Not only did they leave our home sparkling they went above and beyond by removing items from cabinets to clean and then put back (more organized! ). They listened to exactly what we did and didn't want cleaned and even left personal touches such as folding towels/ making bows in our tissue box and more surprises that made our home feel like we were staying at a hotel! Their price was way cheaper than any other quote so I went with them. They did ok but when they left they didn’t do a walk through with me one person was already on her way out the door. My oven was deep cleaned well and the kitchen seemed good. I asked for all windows to be cleaned and it seemed like they only did the glass not the railing because the rail was still dirty. They left mop water residue all over the wood floors and my toilet scrubber on the counter. I had a container of comet that we keep by the toilet… when they left I found that container of comet on my kitchen counter! They texted me and asked for feedback and I shared this all with them but they didn’t apologize or say anything to address it. I waited a few days in case they are busy but still nothing. I am giving 3 stars because they are way cheaper than anyone else so I guess you get what you pay for. Unfortunately I will not hire them again. More...

I wish I had taken a before photo to show the fantastic job Maria and her team did! My bathtub had trouble removing the dirt which I tried several times to scrub. When we returned home after cleaning it felt like there was never any dirt in the first place! Really spectacular work.
