We have been working with NIC for almost a year now. They are an amazing company and what I like the most besides the people there, is the CEO, Mike.
He is truly knowledgeable and has built a staff that always put customers first.
When it comes to IT, there are always emergencies. When servers crash or your connectivity is down, this is when it matters to have great IT people that work around the clock to service your needs. As a tech company ourselves, we appreciate such high quality of service. There better than being in need of help and having a crew of experts storm in, fix, and turn everything back on.
I highly recommend NIC to companies that have between 5-100 employees. If you are looking for a high quality service without the high cost of having your own IT staff, NIC is the best option.
