I've had 6 Coaching sessions with Helaine. I'm going through a marital separation after 33 years. Helaine inspired and gave me a wonderful and beautiful visualization, which I easily incorporated into my spiritual exercises and written affirmations. It helped me find self worth and feel loved. Before Coaching with Helaine I struggled with a lack of motivation in many areas of my life. I suffered from anxiety and had poor communication with my parents. Helaine has given me tools to combat anxious thinking. I have come to the realization that I have a lot more control over my life than I previously thought. I am excited and creating goals for my future. My communication with my parents and people in general has vastly improved. I am seeing motivation flourish in all areas of my life.
