I am accepting new clients for in-person sessions or by telehealth/remote anywhere in the State of Michigan. I am available during the day as well as late evening appointments. I specialize in helping women and girls to be confident and empowered to navigate difficulties such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, anger, and other mental health issues. I have had training and experience in CBT, Play Therapy, TF-CBT (Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) Therapy for trauma/PTSD.

I apply a person-centered approach and work alongside with my clients to reach the goals they desire in treatment. I know from my own past experiences in life and from helping many other people along the way that the road can be very dark at times and sometimes we need a compassionate, caring person to help hold the light.
