Anton saved our housewarming party. We called him 2 days prior to the party and he was able to cook the food for over 40 people! The food was amazing! People kept saying how it is delicious. Food: Hein Catering has a wide variety of items on his menu. With his extensive food experience and knowledge rooted in multiple different cultures, he is always able to bring something special to the table. He is very creative and consistent. His smoked meats and fish dishes are to die for. His soups have soothed the bellies of many of customers, giving them either a brand new experience or a long needed taste from back home. What’s your signature dish?
We cook a various foods of many different cuisines but our customers most popular choices are pilaf and shish-kebabs made with the different meats.
Many of my customers love our smoked products: fish, shrimp, poultry, meats.
You could see a lot of pictures on our website and Instagram.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First of all we ask the customers if they have any restrictions like gluten free, organic, vegetarian, specific kinds of meat etc. Then we ask them about a general menu idea. After that we suggest (via email) a lot of menu options separately for entries, appetizers, main course, dessert etc. As soon as customer picks the options we price a whole menu for them.
Another way: we offer a few completed menus so a customer can make a choice and then modify a menu if needed.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the moment of a party when a food is ready and served and people start eating. I am happy to see that they like my food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Everyone should do what he or she loves to my mind. I love cooking and I can manage people - these two things pushed me to start catering business.
