What do you love most about your job?
I love working with high-capacity individuals the recognize their need for growth in business and at a personal level. I am excited to be working with these folks as they grow from great to excellence! This is what sharpening your edge is all about!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After twenty-five years in the corporate world, I have learned and experienced many things that create a profitable company and productive teams. I wanted to share my experience and training with as many people as possible and in as many markets and industries as possible! The only way to do this is by starting my own business.
Why should our clients choose you?
I take time learning the needs and cares of individual clients. I do not push a canned program on my clients. I take the time to learn from the client and customize a plan that is specific to their wants and needs. I also understand that these wants and needs evolve as the client sees results and grow. I will modify the growth-plan as the client's journey evolves without charging extra.
