I’m a hotel Director of housekeeping and I hired HED for carpet and tile cleaning. When I contact HED Cleaning I spoke with Joel Diaz about all my needs and he was really professional and the next day he was on my property doing a free quote for me. Our hotel is 9 floors and 187 rooms, when Joel arrived that they that tee agreed to start doing the cleaning he show up with a couple portable extractors (I was thinking to see him with his truck-mount but it was not like that) so I asked him why he didn’t bring a truck-mount and he’s respons was really simple (he told me that work with a truck-mount in a building that have more than two floors is no a good idea because the extraction is not good and he preferred to spend more on labor and make a good job) Making this history short, the results was wonderful HED clean my carpets and tiles really good, I highly recommend this company More...
