Heaven's Best saved me! I needed my carpet cleaned on the same. They were available, thorough and reasonable. The representative was courteous and timely. I needed a large bedroom area cleaned that had places where little dogs thought it was a good place to use when left alone. It was a mess along with foot traffic paths. I searched out carpet cleaning and Heaven's Best was the first one that was listed. I much prefer using local small business. Prices were reasonable plus I called the morning of our appointment to see if I could add another small area rug. They accommodated my request and the young man, Matt, was so polite. They did a wonderful job! We had a big brown stain from a protein shake on our (white) carpet that they were able to get out almost entirely! It looks so much better. You have to look directly at the spot to even tell there was a spill there. Matthew was very polite, professional, and friendly. After a call to our regular carpet cleaner, I found out he was no longer in business, and so I chose Heavens Best based on a connection to a friend who owns a business as well, and had always spoke well of them. In any event, the appointment was scheduled within our timeframe and the young man, Collin, who showed up, actually called ahead to let me know he was on the way, and showed up early, explained everything in very good detail, and got right to work. He was happy to let me add a small area that wasn’t included in the original estimate, and gave a very fair price for that area. I Can’t say enough good things about the experience I had with him and the company. They got us done on time, for the price they quoted, the carpet was dry in about an hour or so, just like they said, which was very nice since we had been used to damp carpet for four to six hours with the old cleaners. I was very impressed, not only with the carpet, but also with the way he handled himself throughout the process. Very professional from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Scott from Heaven's Best was on time and did a great job. I had the normal 4 rooms and a hallway; the closets were included too! Carpets shined and a great fresh scent was throughout the house. Dried in about an hour with my ceiling fans on. I had company coming and they mentioned how clean the upstairs carpets looked.
