There was a miscommunication on the design of our cake. My husband picked it up and didn’t know what it was supposed to look like. When he got it home, we realized it was wrong. With only 2 hours before the party, we called them and they said to bring it back to be fixed! Although they made a mistake, they were so gracious in correcting it, and I can tell they really care about making sure their customers are satisfied. The arrangements they made for my wedding were amazing! Everyone loved them and complimented them! My husband and I also chose to do satellite cakes for our wedding. We had a total of five cakes on display and that way all of our guests could have the different flavors they wanted. I did not hear one complaint about the cakes!
