Heaven On Earth Cleaning

We have had two visits from Heaven On Earth.  Rosa, our cleaner is super punctual.  The first time she came we were worried because she was here for 5 1/2 hours & had only done 3 1/2 rooms.  But it had been years since we had a service come in, so there was a lot for her to do. Now we have her come every other week, and concentrate on one room.   Our kitchen looks amazing. The microwave is so clean that it looks new! Very Detailed and responsive, not only are details important to me but also communication. The housekeeper who arrived was running a few minutes behind schedule finishing up her first house and I was notified in advance by the owner. When she arrived she unloaded supplies and after going over a few instructions she got to work right away! awesome job! thanks for coming mina! we booked heaven on earth for 4 hours and i was so happy with my home afterwards. everything was spic and span and all my dogs hair and dust was gone. our bathroom has never looked better and the blinds look brand new! there was a lot of tough build up on the stove and now they're shiny again! really happy with the service and was thankful they came right away after there was a mixup about the morning start time. will book again! I needed my apartment cleaned on very short notice and Heaven On Earth Cleaning came through for me. I sent the owner an email Thursday evening and she responded almost immediately and gave me a Friday afternoon appointment. She also called Friday morning to get more details about what I wanted. She also asked if it was okay if the cleaner came early if she finished her previous job early. Of course I said yes. Quality service for an affordable price on the peninsula. Which is rare with cleaning businesses coming a dime a dozen out here. I was referred to Marleen from a former colleague of mine who Marleen handles several of her vacation rental accounts.
