Q&As

I am just starting my own business doing this you could say but I have been a full-time caregiver for a few people and would have to clean their house and basically do everything for them on a daily basis.

I do own my own supplies, the only request I have is: if you want/require a specific product to be used please have it available. This way we both know that the correct product will be used. And as for the pet service, if cages need to have fresh bedding of any kind please have that available as well. The pet service is not a popular one (as of now) so I do not have any bedding, and it’s also because I don’t own anything other than my cat.

I love helping people and that I can put my headphones in and just focus on getting the job done and making sure it is done correctly.

I love helping people and animals, and I know that there are a lot of people (younger and older) who honestly do need help getting some of the cleaning done around the house because they are so busy or because of other personal/medical reasons. And I figured why not offer to help them at a reasonably medium to low rate to make life a little easier for them and to relieve some stress so they can try to just enjoy life.

Ultimately it is up to the client, but I am a person who takes my jobs seriously, I keep a detailed record of everything (hours, services each client wants done, if a client requires a specific product, and so much more) and will do anything and everything I can to help them to make their lives easier and less stressful. And also I am always willing to do extra things that need to be done, and never be afraid or embarrassed to ask. I will never judge anyone or do anything to hurt another person’s feelings, I am way too caring and hate seeing people upset or hurt.

Unfortunately I can not do anything I offer remotely. The only thing that could possibly be done remotely is if a client wants some type of caregiver service that doesn’t require me to show up in person. Other than that, everything I do must be done in person.

I have only just started so I haven’t made any changes because of COVID-19, but if the client wants me to wear a mask I will, and if the client wants specific cleaner used because of COVID-19 please have it available so I can use exactly what they want used.

Services

Vacuum floors (in all rooms or at least main rooms like living room, dining room, hallways, stairs, and main bedroom), dusting surfaces, mopping floors (in kitchen, bathroom(s), and any other frequently used rooms), cleaning of the toilets and shower(s)/bathtub(s), emptying and taking out garbage(s), and wiping down/cleaning doorknobs and light fixtures

Everything offered in a regular house cleaning plus washing the dishes and doing the laundry.

I have worked at pet stores and was taught how to handle all different types of animals. I can clean small animal cages, bird cages, and reptile cages. As for a normal pet cleaning service this includes vacuuming/mopping the floor(s) of the pet room/area, washing of food/water dishes, washing of pet bed, blankets, and toys (if needed), washing of litter box(s), and changing of potty pads (if needed/required).

Wiping down the outside, cleaning the inside, and if needed for refrigerators and freezers throwing out expired or molded food.

I have been a caregiver for a couple people before. One person I did basically everything for them including dressing them, showering them, helping them use the bathroom, feeding them, doing their laundry, cooking, dishes, and much more. I also know that this service will be personalized per person.
